We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought you are agreeing to abide with these.About these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy, set out the terms of the agreement between you and woven collective. By using our website www.wovencollective.co.nz you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions, including our privacy policy and you agree that your use of our website including any purchase of goods from us is subject to the terms thereof.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied without our written consent. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time and the current version will always be shown on the terms and conditions page of our website. We encourage you to read these and if you have any particular questions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use our website in any manner.
Privacy
Personal details - any personal information that you provide us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individual outside of Woven Collective.
We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.
Accessing our website
We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may need to restrict access to our website (wholly or partly).
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring products for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply whether in trade or otherwise.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Images of our products will be as true to colour as possible, they may vary slightly due to colour variances on individual computer screens.
The dimensions of baskets are measured from rim to rim (outside) and from the floor to the top of the rim. We do measure every basket but the dimensions are approximate. If a Market basket is not quite round, we take an average of both sides.
Website changes
We aim to update our website regularly and may change content at any time. If the need arises we may suspend access to our site.
Pricing
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, Woven Collective reserves the right to cancel the order.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Returns
Peace of mind returns: If you change your mind or the order is not quite right you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. You must contact us with your name and order number before returning any items. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Items returned MUST be "as new" condition. This means you have not used i, damaged or washed/wet any of the items, please return items secured in the original packaging if possible.
After we have received your item and confirmed it's in "as new" condition we will issue you a refund or 100% store credit of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees.If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return.
Damaged items
Unfortunately and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it arrives to you please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos showing the damage. We will advise of the next steps.
The type of remedy we offer will depend on the circumstances. We may arrange the product (subject to availability), provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount. If we require you to return the product to us we will pay the cost of the return.
Our rights
We reserve the right the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to wear and tear, misuse and failure to use in accordance with instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Shipping and delivery
We only ship to New Zealand at a physical address. We aim to ship and deliver to you at the place requested by you in your order. Whilst we always aim to ship within 2 working days from the date of order we cannot guarantee any firm delivery date. Orders are processed from monday - friday and not on public holidays so for example if an order was received on a sunday we would process it on a monday and delivery will be made within the following 2 days.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect any delays of a reasonable delivery time frame, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note it may not always be possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will endeavour to inform you using the contact details that you provide us with when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternate delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
Delivery Failure
It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address you provided was incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your parcel to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require contact phone number which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we with our courier have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner) we reserve the right to cancel your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, governmental actions, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strikes, postal theft, failure or accident, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act of omission of a third party, inability to obtain necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, interruption of the internet or a website (such as Facebook) or virus, accidents or breakdowns of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Communication
You consent to receive communication from us electronically, either by email or by us posting notices on our website and you agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in written.
Opting out of receiving the email messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).
You will need to permit us to place data files ("cookies") on your computer to enable you to use some features of some of our websites. Where you choose not to enable cookies from our Website, some functionality of those Website may not be available to you.
Everything else
Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.
You can request details of your personal information that we hold, and ask us to correct it, at any time.
To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.
Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand. The Courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services.
Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).
If we fail to enforce any terms or to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions at any time, we have not waived those rights.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the parties shall adjust their respective rights and obligations in accordance with the spirit and intent of the parties as shown by these terms and conditions.
Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.
We may deliver notices to you by sending them to an email address that you have notified to us.
